Refund & Booking Policy

Registration

• Seats are confirmed after payment or deposit

• A signed waiver is required before participation

Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Cancellations within 14 days of the course are non-refundable

• Transfers to another course may be allowed at OTM discretion

Removal From Training

• Participants removed for safety violations or refusal to sign a waiver are not eligible for refunds

Hosted/Agency Courses

• Hosted classes follow the signed service agreement

• Travel expenses may be non-refundable once booked

Product Sales

• Apparel and physical products: exchange for defects only

• Digital products and books: non-refundable once delivered
