By using this website or attending training with Operators Tactical Mindset (OTM), you agree to the following:

Waiver Requirement

• All participants must sign a liability waiver before any training activity

• No individual may participate without a completed waiver on file

Training Conduct

• Students must follow all instructor directions and safety rules

• OTM may remove any participant for unsafe behavior or misconduct without refund

Course Information

• Training is educational and does not replace agency policy, certification, or legal requirements

• Schedules, locations, and instructors may change when necessary

Products & Content

• Books, apparel, and digital materials are for personal use only

• Course materials may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission

Liability

Training involves inherent risk. Participants accept responsibility for their actions while attending.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
